We are located at 55-510 Kam Hwy #18, Laie, Hawaii in the Laie Shopping Center.
What we offer
We offer Personal Training, CrossFit classes, and All-Day Open Gym Access (exclusive to members).
For local residents, CrossFit membership pricing starts at $74 biweekly and All Day Open Gym access starts at $98 biweekly.
Open gym memberships provide app access to our front door Monday-Saturday from 3:30 AM – 10:00 PM.
Visiting/Drop In Hours for CrossFit & Open Gym
Monday–Friday: 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM & 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
*Please note pre-registration and pre-payment is required before coming in. You can schedule your drop in here.
Drop In / Visitors
We welcome drop ins to CrossFit or specific Open Gym times.
You can purchase a 1, 3, 6, or 10 session pass below.
